Account Executive

SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue for current accounts: deliver production with a focus on maintaining a positive agency, Client experience by performing the following duties.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate billing, invoicing & payments for a specific set of clients by performing the following duties.

  • Receives and inputs digital media invoices.
  • Addresses any concerns, questions or issues that arrise with vendors regarding invoicing/payments.
  • Requests and reviews aging reports from every vendor, every month.
  • Pulls reports from SBMS
  • Pulls any invoices needed for billing purposes
  • Cleans up SBMS and Excel reports from the beginning of the year (Print, Outdoor, Spot)
  • Reconciles accounts.
  • Performs data entry duties.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
