Account Manager

This is a Full-Time Position

The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts and works closely with all departments to meet & exceed client expectations as it relates to media strategy, media allocation, digital strategy, digital allocation, creative services, reimbursement funds (i.e. co-op) and results.

 

Expectations/Responsibilities of the position:

  • Face to face client meetings (minimum monthly) and travel may be required depending on accounts assigned.
  • On-going client communication daily/weekly/monthly relative to marketing strategy, insights, reporting, budget management, project updates, etc.
  • Budget achievement & hitting sales target objectives
  • Prospecting new business & business development with existing client base

 

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (navigation, metrics, reporting, etc).
  • Understanding of Polk/Cross-Sell Registration information.
  • Familiarity with media platforms (traditional, digital, social)
  • Familiarity with or experience in media sales and/or inside/outside sales
  • Familiarity with or experience in Automotive (Tier 2 or Tier 3 preferred)
  • Familiarity with or experience in Automotive Dealer Operations
  • Familiarity with or experience in a CRM system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PPT)

Client Service Coordinator

This is a Full-Time Position

 

Our Sales Coordinator team works directly with our Account Executives. As part of the MMG Sales Team you’ll get hands on experience working with clients and media outlets in markets all over the country.

 

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handling communications between clients and internal departments.
  • Tracking client’s monthly fund balances and co-op submissions.
  • Participation in weekly Sales Team meetings.
  • Organizing and planning all events for clients on account list.
  • Responding to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence with clients, media vendors, and internally.
  • Occasional travel around the Houston area for client meetings and other errands.

 

SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Sales/Executive Departments by performing the following duties.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responds to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintains client database.
  • Makes PowerPoint presentations for Account Executives.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements.
  • Organizes/Plans events.
  • Participates in Sales meetings.

  • Executes Personal and Business errands.
  • Complete monthly co-op submissions and track co-op fund balances for each client.

 

EXPERIENCE

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

SKILLS

Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic math skills.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

Copywriter - Production Coordinator

Malone Media Group is looking for a Copywriter-Production Coordinator to manage production requests for the fastest growing advertising agency in Houston. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for complete production of traditional media for multiple clients in Texas and throughout the U.S. from conception to broadcast.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling advertising for both radio and television production
  • Coordinate production of all advertising elements from voice, editing, to broadcast.
  • Make sure advertising adheres to various state and federal laws.
  • Ensuring all commercials are 100% error free and compelling to the consumer.
  • Meeting monthly production deadlines and quotas.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and clients at once in a team setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word on Mac computers

Media Buyer / Planner - Experience Required

This is a Full Time Position

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Media team with development and execution of media strategies and plans by helping to:

  • Select media channels and make recommendations based on client campaign goals
  • Understand the pros/cons of each media type and how that relates to individual client strategies (traditional and digital media)
  • Evaluate media kit information, client proposals and costs; Provide POVs
  • Negotiate rates and makegoods
  • Maintains strong agency relationships with media partners
  • Utilize agency research for integration into media planning process
  • Monitor, optimize, and analyze traditional media campaigns
  • Posts/campaign analysis, with recommendations for makegoods, budget shift options, introduction of new opportunities
  • Provide campaign reporting and recommendations

Senior (PPC) Paid Search Manager

1-Full Time Position Available

Malone Media Group is looking for a highly experienced Paid Search Manager to join our growing team. You will own the strategy, relationship and results for the clients you manage while assisting and helping the PPC Managers with account strategy and budget handling.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build & manage paid digital campaigns across search, display, video and other ad networks
  • Effectively create strategy, define goals, manage client expectations and optimize campaigns for continued improvement
  • Serve as direct point of contact for all client communication
  • Guide designers in developing highly converting landing pages and engaging web banners
  • Create and deliver monthly reports in order to prove value to clients on a monthly basis
  • Provide recommendations to clients and management clearly and intelligently

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years+ experience directly managing high-budget PPC campaigns
  • AdWords/Bing Ads Certified
  • Expert knowledge of AdWords, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Experience with search, display, remarketing/retargeting, video, and paid social campaigns
  • Experience building, managing and optimizing 25+ PPC campaigns simultaneously
  • Advanced Google Analytics knowledge
